Aura was as happy as could be, she had just recieved her first pokemon from the professor. It was a cute little oshawott, who apparently misbehaved a lot, but Aura was sure it would be okay. She wasn't always the most behaved person either. She let it out of its ball as it ran around into the wild grass. What would happen? Aura wasn't sure, but she kept an eye on him in case he ran into some wild pokemon.

As Oshawott traveled through the grass it came upon a red bug type pokemon with black antennae. The pokemon looked at Oshawott wondering if it would attack it. It hoped not because it wasn’t a very good fighter. Of course if it could withstand a bunch of hits it was a good fighter but not if it fainted before it was all charged up. The pokemon looked around hoping for a way to escape but it looked to it like no matter where it went this pokemon would probably follow it. It just stood there seeing as there was probably no way of escape and waited for the Oshawott to start attacking it. Kricketot Level: 4 Gender: Female Ability:Shed Skin Moves: Growl, Bide

Aura ran after oshawott. He made a loud noise after staring at the strange bug. She was worried, it was both of their first battles. She took her pokedex up and scanned the pokemon, adding it to her pokedex. She didn't really like bug pokemon. In fact, it was already giving her the chills from just staring at it. "Oshawott, get ready," he warned. The pokemon stood up and nodded. "Use tackle," she said and he ran at the other pokemon, throwing himself against him.

The Kricketot took the hit using Bide before the Oshawott managed to hit it. The damage was taken it hoped that it would be able to withstand two more attacks. If so all of the damage that it would have taken in that time would be thrown back at the Oshawott with double the power. It felt a little bit weaker though so it didn’t know if it would be able to last that long. It stood there still biding it’s time waiting for the right opportunity to attack. It prepared for the next attack that Oshawott would use on it.

Aura was a little confused. The kricketot didn't seem to be moving. Was it not attacking back? Was this some type of move she didn't know? Oshawott seemed fine, so she went on anyway hoping it wasn't sick or dying. "Oshawott, use tackle again," she said. Oshawott was already close the the kricketot this time, making his attack much easier and accurate. He went towards the pokemon and threw himself in the air with all his strength, falling back down onto him. He smiled proudly afterwards.

This time the Tackle attack had hurt a lot more than the previous hit. Kricketot was knocked over but it got up continuing to hold in the attack one more time and then it would be able to unleash the attack it had been building up. It hoped it could last that long but the way things were going it didn’t look like it would be easy to do. If Kricketot’s mother were here the battle would be a whole lot easier but as it was it was all alone only able to just keep biding the energy inside of it. Kricketot looked at the Oshawott hoping that she would be able to take one more move from it. That’s all it would need.

Aura watched carefully, worried for the odd bug pokemon. Although she was a trainer, she wasn't heartless. "Oshawott, use tackle and than stay still," she said anyway. Oshawott needed to gain experience, even if he did it by fighing useless pokemon that didn't seem to know how to defend itself. The oshawott jumped again once he had turned to face the kricketot. He landed on top of him and pinned him under his body again, making it hard for the bug to move, if it even wasn't fainted. His smile was full of pride as he looked up to Aura looking for a sign to get off.

The Kricketot squealed and then fainted underneath the weight of the Oshawott. This Oshawott was just way too heavy for its own good. It definitely needed to go on a diet or something. Kricketot just lay there unable to move and too weak to even use the Bide attack that it had been waiting for. It was finished. There was nothing she could do about it. She hoped that the Oshawott would get off of it soon. She felt like her insides were being crushed due to how much it hurt to have Oshawott’s full body weight on top of her.

Aura smiled and called Oshawott over. He immediately ran over and jumped in front of Aura's legs happily. She patted him. "Osha," he said smiling. She than walked over and took the kricketot, laying it on a pile of leaves to recover safely. Oshawott and Aura walked off in the distance. "Are you okay Oshawott? Want another battle?" he asked. Oshawott nodded. So, they walked off into the distance into the woods at the edge of the forest, looking for more pokemon to battle.

Oshawott gained a levelAs Aura continued on her journey she came across a forest, yes she did. But little did she know that the part of the forest that she had come out at was the territory of a Sentret bully who was just now in a feud with a Lillipup. The Sentret went to attack the Lillipup but the Lillipup ran and hid behind Aura hoping she would help him. Sentret then turned against Aura and looked as if it was ready to attack her. Would she help the Sentret or would she help the Lillipup? Only time would tell. Choose one to battle: Name: Sentret Level: 3 Gender: Male Moves: Foresight, Scratch Ability: Keen Eye or Name: Lillipup Level: 3 Gender: Female Moves: Leer, Tackle Ability: Pick Up

Aura didn't hate anything more than a bully. It brought tears to her eyes to see the sentret push the lillipup over and laugh in his squeaky voice. It freaked out the lillipup and he ran behind Aura. She smiled. She didn't know if the pokemon had emotions, but that was wrong anyway possible. Oshawott started talking to the lillipup and nodded, ready to defend him. Aura was unsure because she was taught not to mess with nature, but Oshawott had already made his mind up. Oshawott whipped his tail back and forth, trying to look innocent and lower the strange pokemons defense. He didn't want to wait for his owner. "Oshawott, please wait until I say the move, Im on your team, remember?" He turned around and made an "oops" face.

Sentret looked at the Oshawott confused by his weird tail flapping and his defense was lowered. He thenlooked at the Oshawott and charged at it with a Scratch attack. It got right up to it and began trying to Scratch it. How dare this Oshawott interfere with him trying to protect his territory. It said in pokemon speak, “You will pay for trying to attack me in my own territory. Get out at once.” To Aura it sounded like, “Sen, Sentret, Sentret, Sen!”

"I don't care that this is your territory. I just don't want this lullipup hurt," he told him. Aura heard "osha osh a wott oshawott." Oshawott did want to make peave, but he also had to protect other pokemon. "Come on Oshawott, stop chatting and tackle the pokemon." Oshawott got ready to tackle and ran at the pokemon, ready to stop if he surrendered as he ran into the sentret.

The Sentret looked at the Oshawott as it came to Tackle it and the Sentret glared at the Oshawott running at it so that it could Scratch it again but it was hit by the Tackle first and blasted back into a tree. The Sentret looked at the Oshawott weakly and said, “Look, Oshawott. All I want is to be at peace with no one intruding on my territory. Why is it so hard to have a place that’s just mine? That’s all I want but no. This Lillipup thinks it’s just fine to go ruin a person’s home and trespass on it.” All the Sentret wanted was a place it could live peacefully alone.

The oshawott turned to face the lillipup. "He hurt forced himself on you in this territory? He looks so innocent." he said, assuming he was lying and wagged his tail, attempting to lower the sentret's defense because of his sweet innocent exteroir. His eyes went large and his tail wagged in a cute pattern. "It looks more like he stumbled by and you attacked him without him even knowing what was going on," he said.
